The client wanted both natural ventilation and smoke control to a large glazed area under an atrium. Because the area was to be glazed the vents had to fit and blend with the specified glazing.

The Coltlite motorised natural glazed ventilator was the perfect solution to both requirements. Connected to the buildings BMS they provide both low level inlet and high level exhaust whether it be for natural ventilation or smoke control.

UNIVERSAL LOUVRE

The plant room required large amounts of weatherproof ventilation and a continuous louvre line through 90 degree corners.

A combination of single and triple bank Colt louvres fulfilled the mechanical and architectural requirements.
